Strength and Conditioning

Strength and conditioning is a 60 minutes physical preparation of an individual through a specific planned program to enhance performance.

Contrary to popular belief, strength and conditioning is not merely lifting weights. It is not reserved for weightlifters or elite athletes. This can be used to prevent injuries and rehabilitation by helping to correct muscle imbalance and posture.

Who can benefit from strength and conditioning program?

  • Desk bound office workers

  • Athletes(all calibres)

  • Homemakers (eg. Housechores)

  • Mothers (eg. Carrying kids)

  • Dancers

Opening Hours

Monday-Friday: 10am-7pm / Saturday: 10am-2pm

Sunday and Public Holiday: Closed
